Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a great space to make the work all about you! It’s an opportunity to dive into your thought processes, responses and your sense of self. Though it is called “individual therapy” it is collaborative work where the client and clinician work together to define meaningful experiences, progress, and what it means to build resiliency.
Individual therapy is not always an easy feat because you are faced with hard truths, hard decisions and left to manage things that you had an active role in or managing experiences that were not in your control. Individual therapy can also be incredibly validating and rewarding because you empower the change and step into a newer version of yourself. In a sense, you evolve and become more intuitive with what you need and want out of your life, with a sense of renewed perspective and confidence. Whether it is dealing with day-to-day challenges, processing past issues, or moving forward towards positive changes, we can navigate your needs and what you want to see in yourself and/or your relationship.
